JACKIE SCHECHTER

My great passion is creating great transformational digital e-commerce and omnichannel experiences for consumers. No single approach is correct for every client, so I leverage my 30 years as a merchant, designer and innovator in the textile, apparel, and manufacturing space to provide a new, exciting customer journey and experience while keeping the DNA of my clients.

I started my career in NY in the Bloomingdales’ training program, where I learned the core merchandising, buying, and planning skills and an incredible work ethic. In the Fall of 1994, I joined our family textile business where I learned fabric design, merchandising, printing, dyeing and finishing techniques that allowed me to further drive design, innovation, color direction and branding.

In 2000, I was approached by Home Shopping Network (HSN) to create my own line of clothing, Slinky® Brand, that over 20 years grew to be the second largest apparel brand on their omnichannel network. This also included HSE24 in Europe as well as The Shopping Channel in Canada. As co-owner of Liquid Knits, I also served as Creative Director, Chief Merchandising Officer, Chief Innovation Officer and on-air personality for Slinky® Brand. I was responsible for all merchandising, color direction, trend, innovation, show planning, and assisted in the buying process. I developed lines for various celebrities who appeared on HSN, as well as executed special network projects. What made us unique was our agility and flexibility to the constantly changing taste of the consumer.

In 2018, we saw the importance and implications of the made-on-demand model, and we transitioned our business to leverage technology and apparel manufacturing to offer unique customer journeys that are exciting and experiential.

In Fall of 2019, my husband and I re-joined the family digital sublimation printing business (Duo Digital Prints, Inc.) and focused on customized/personalized products for esports, sports, travel, and entertainment industries. I also created Custom Creative Group in January 2022 to focus on the Direct-to -Garment side of the business and to offer consulting services.

The power to excite, engage and create new customer journeys and experiences, while driving revenue and growth for each of our clients has become my main focus.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College, with a double major in Art History and American Studies.

JEFFREY SCHECHTER

I grew up running around textile processing plants, and I have been fascinated with machinery and processing ever since. My focus is to provide a seamless customer experience for omnichannel shopping by using the best technology and apparel manufacturing processes.

I started my career as an attorney in New York, but soon joined our family textile business as VP of Operations, where I learned textile construction, processing, printing, dyeing and finishing techniques that have served as the cornerstone of my experience.

As co-owner of Liquid Knits, I served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer. I oversaw all levels of product development and manufacturing operations, ensuring performance objectives and quality standards were met and identified areas to reduce costs while streamlining processes and increasing efficiency by consolidating manufacturing and design function to one location. I developed strategic business plans and company vision leading to $21M in revenue.

In 2018, we saw the importance and implications of the made-on-demand model, and we transitioned our business to leverage technology and apparel manufacturing to offer unique customer journeys that were exciting and experiential. This required a complete change in the way we sourced, manufactured and sold product.

I also co-created The Custom Creative Group in January 2022 to focus on the Direct-to -Garment side of the business and to offer consulting services.

My focus is to leverage new manufacturing technologies to drive sustainable growth and increase revenue and speed to market while creating a seamless end-user experience. I am a strong believer in strategic partnerships that strengthen our value proposition. It is only through collaboration and joint problem solving that we can drive this vision forward.
